

In 2012, the band became independent following its separation from the record company Interscope Records. The group announced its reformation in 2009, and released in 2011 its sixth album, Neighborhoods. The three members of the group are working on other musical projects, including Angels & Airwaves founded by Tom DeLonge and +44 founded by Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker. After their eponymous fifth album blink-182, the band broke up in 2005. In 2001, the group enjoyed its biggest commercial success with its fourth album, "Take Off Your Pants and Jacket", which ranks first in album sales in the United States, Canada and Germany. The album from which All the Small Things will reach 15 million sales worldwide, is the record sales of group. The single All the Small Things from this album reached the first place of the Alternative Songs, the American ranking of the most popular alternative rock songs in radio, and allows the group to achieve success.

After replacing Raynor by Barker on drums, Blink-182 released his third album in 1999, Enema of the State. The second album, Dude Ranch, achieved a moderate success of about a million sales worldwide and allows the band to become known. With their original drummer, Scott Raynor, and their original lead guitarist, Tom DeLonge, the band recorded their first two albums in 19. Formed in 1992, the group consists of singer and guitarist Matt Skiba, singer and bassist Mark Hoppus and drummer Travis Barker.
